Order Processing

Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST on a business day typically ship the same day from our facility in Glenwood, IA. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the best carrier for your order and destination.

 

Shipping Costs

Most items ship free via standard ground shipping within the United States. Expedited shipping upgrades are available for an additional cost at checkout.

 

International Shipping

We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for all freight charges, along with any customs duties, taxes, and VAT applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected separately (typically by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery). International delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delays While we make every effort to ship on time, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, weather, or carrier issues. We'll notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.
