30-Day Return Policy

At T/6 Marine, we stand behind the quality of our products. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for items that are unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.

Eligibility for Returns

• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in like-new condition

• Product must be returned in original packaging

• All original parts, hardware, accessories, and documentation must be included

• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged

• Products returned with missing components or damaged foam packaging

• Custom, made-to-order, or special-order products (unless defective)

• Clearance or final-sale items

Return Process

• A Return Authorization (RA) is recommended prior to returning any product

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped incorrectly or is defective

• Returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping

Refunds

• All returns are inspected upon receipt

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact T/6 Marine within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos and order details so we can assist promptly.
